These tables provide a list of possible values, as well as a validation list that can be displayed in a drop-down data window for that specific column. In other words, these tables translate different column data into a readable description.
These tables also provide a means of allowing you to define additional values or delete existing values for a column that currently refers to these tables.

The Name Master table has multiple columns for which you can define values that will appear in drop-down lists wherever that column is used in the software. For the Marital Status column, the user defines the following values: Married, Single, Divorced, SeParated. Other columns in the Name Master table for which the user can define values are Prefix, Joint Prefix, Suffix, Titles, Citizenship, Ethnic Group, and Gender. |
