Address Tab (Review Internet Submission Window)

This tab is always displayed and is used to review any information that is included in a submission that needs to be saved to the AddressMaster table.

The left pane is view only and displays each address code and its corresponding data that is currently stored in the J1 database. It also displays any newly submitted address codes and their corresponding data. If an address code is submitted, regardless of whether it already exists in the J1 database, the code will be marked with a sunburst icon () to indicate that there is a difference between the data in the J1 database and the data in the submission. The submitted information for an existing address code is also displayed in this left pane. If address information has been submitted, a sunburst icon is displayed on the Address tab.

When you select a particular address code in the left pane to review, the data is displayed in the right pane. The columns in the right pane are marked with a sunburst icon to indicate specific columns that are different in the J1 database and the submission. When these differences exist, the Compare Data button is also available.

If you make a manual change on this tab for a particular column that has been included on the submission and the changed value is different from the database value, the sunburst icon displays for the column and it is included as a "changed" column on the Compare Data window since the value differs from the value in the J1 database. If the manual change is same as the J1 database value, it is not considered a "changed" column.

If there are user-defined columns that have been submitted and are not blank, the sunburst icon will display on the User button and the following message will be displayed at the top of the Address tab: "Please be sure to click the User button to view the submitted values for the user defined columns."
