This window displays the progress a student has made towards meeting the requirements necessary to satisfy a student aim. This information is retrieved from the Student Progress table. The Student ID Number, Name, and Class retrieved from the Student Master table are read-only.
· Students only have access to their own data.
· Advisors only have access to their advisees' data.
· Administrators have access to all students' data.

When a student opens this window and attempts to recalculate student progress, the system copies the current rows in the Student Progress table before performing the action and will replace these records when the student exits the window. This function prevents the student from updating live data. |
The All and Needed radio buttons in the View Requirements group box determine whether the entire Institutional Requirements Tree associated with a particular student aim is displayed (All) or filtered to display only those requirements that remain to be met (Needed).
This pane displays all aims that have been assigned to the student. When an aim label is selected, its associated progress details are displayed.
