Use this window to define your organization's term group codes. These codes must be created before generating automatic charges for a new year and term.
From this window you can also select the term group and then define which Registration terms are included using the Term Group Control Relation window (right-click in a row and choose Term Group Control Relation).
The Allow to Generate Charges options allows the administrator to select when and where charges can be generated. Charges can be generated from the Business Office, Registration, or Online (Web). This also allows the business officer tighter controls over registration overrides when they set up their charges.
