This is information about courses that the student is taking in the term. The student charges program tallies the number of hours or the number of courses. You can specify up to ten different totals that can be used to determine different charges. Student hours information might include total hours, audit hours, non-audit hours, course clock hours, total number of courses, and number of major courses.
When charges are generated automatically, the program recalculates each student's number of hours or courses and stores this information in the Student Hours Course table. The Charges/Refunds Definition window can be set up to use information in this table to generate charges.
