Selection of the A/R Statement Format

Before printing statements, you must select the statement format to use at your organization. While this may seem like a straightforward decision, there are many things to consider in this choice.

If you print all transactions for a term, you will probably not want to use a mailer type of statement until the term is complete. Doing so could result in many small pages being printed for a student, whereas a standard 8 1/2" by 11" statement would have resulted in one page.

Each statement form has a header section and a detail section. Most of the statements also have a message area.

You should carefully review the statement forms. While you can change your statement form selection if you need to, we recommend not doing so in the middle of a term.
