Each entry on this table represents the tuition transactions for a different group of students. The students are grouped by some attribute--in this case, full-time or part-time status.
The first entry dictates the transactions that will be made for part-time students. The second entry controls the entries for full-time students. The last entry controls the entry for those students who are taking more than 15 hours.
