This Master tab on the Charge Definition/Detail Entry window is used to define charge codes. For every charge code you enter on the Master tab, you should have one or more entries on the Detail tab. When you save a new charge definition from this tab, a row will be inserted into the Charge Fee Definition table since it is related to the Charge Definition table.
