1. Open the Subsidiaries window.
2. Enter the ID Number of the individual to be assigned the payment plan.
3. On the Master tab, use an existing subsidiary account code from the drop-down data window, or create a new subsidiary account for the individual.
4. Enter the code in the Payment Plan Code column for the payment plan you want to assign the individual.
5. After entering other necessary information, Save.
6. On the Payment Plan tab, enter an amount in the Payment Plan Amount column.
7. If you want the payment plan to be the active payment plan for the individual, click the Active Payment Plan checkbox.
8. Choose Add Row from the right-click or Options menu.
9. Enter a Due Date for the payment, a Description of the payment, and the Payment Amount.
10. If you want to add more payments to the plan, repeat Steps 8-9.
11. The sum of the values in the Payment Amount column must equal the amount in the Payment Plan Amount column.
12. Save.
