· If the checkbox is selected, any unapplied financial aid is subtracted from the student's balance before calculating the finance charge. Unapplied aid will lower the amount due for the student.
· If the checkbox is not selected, then the unapplied aid is not subtracted prior to the calculation.
· Select either Yes or Calculate & Include from the drop-down list to display any unapplied financial aid transactions on the student Statements, Register, and History Register.
· Select No to ignore unapplied aid. It will not appear on the statements.
