This option allows you to immediately generate charges for one student at a time. In order to effectively test your charge detail using this method, you should select a small group of students that represent your student body and generate individual charges for each student in that group.

It is important that when you run this option, be sure to type a P in the Generate charges column. This tells the system that preliminary charges are generated.
