Before generating charges for a new term, ensure that student data is correct. Data entry may need to be completed before you get correct results. If you create meal plan charges based on information in the Meal Plan column, that column needs to have current information in it for students.

If you charge $1125 for Meal Plan A and $1950 for Meal Plan B and a student changed from Meal Plan B to A for this new term, the Meal Plan column must contain the information indicating that they now have Meal Plan A or they will be charged for B. |
If you are generating charges based on actual registration instead of pre-registered courses, ensure that the Registration Office has changed the registration status of students to current registration for the term you are about to generate charges.
