Before you create the Credit Limits Transfer file, update the information in the AR system by running the Financial Aid Interface.
Use this window to create two data files that can be used to update the Bookstore database.
· Bookstore Limits Save As can be used to store student account balance limits.
· Bookstore Students Save As can be used to store student records.
You can use the default query to select the records, or you can modify the selection criteria using the Customize button.

To determine where the Bookstore Limits Save As and Bookstore Students Save As files will be stored on your computer, enter the full directory path or use the Open File buttons. The Choose a File window opens, and you can create the name of the file you want to save and establish where it will be stored on the computer.

You are not required to create both files; however, if there is no path specified in either File Name column, a message box will appear instructing you to specify a file name in order to continue with the process. |
Once you have established the file names and directory paths, click the Load button to send the information from the system to the file. The progress bar will display the current percentage completed. Click the Stop button if you need to stop the process during the file creation process.
