The Refund Definition uses the usage code of E with the *DAYS calculation. Determine the usage code using the following table:
Use Range? |
Use in Per Hour Calculation |
Usage Code |

D |

E |

The E Usage code is used because we intend to use a range of days on the refund detail with a per hour calculation. If we do not want to use a range of days but type each day in the refund detail table, and use in a per hour calculation, we would use the D usage code. In this case, you would have a refund fee code for each charge detail fee code that is a course charge.
