You can also drag and drop between the left and right panes of the window.
Use this window to define A/R subsidiaries included in subsidiary groups and determine which are used for reporting and statements. A subsidiary group may consist of as few as one subsidiary account and as many as all of your subsidiary accounts.
The Subsidiary Group Code and Subsidiary Group Description are displayed so that you know the group you are defining.
The A/R subsidiaries in the left panel are not included in the group. The subsidiaries in the right pane are included in the group.
· To add an A/R subsidiary to the group, select a subsidiary in the left pane and click the Add button. The subsidiary that you selected disappears from the left pane and appears in the right pane, which includes it in the group.
· To remove a subsidiary from a group, select the subsidiary in the right pane and click the Remove button.
