Recruitment Territories

The system can be configured to automatically assign candidates to counselors by letters of the alphabet, by candidacy type, by division, by location, by organization, by program, and/or by a geographic area. Each of these is considered a territory type. There are 10 territory types available, and you cannot define additional territory types.

At the time a new candidate/candidacy is entered into the system, a counselor can automatically be attached to the candidate. This automatic assignment would be based on the configuration of the recruitment territory definition that the Admissions Office may elect to use.
