The ID Num column on the Name, Address, Biography, Candidate, Candidacy, Test Scores, Score Details, Ethnic Race Report, Ethnic Report Detail, and Race Report Details tabs is the column that is used to determine the ID Number used when inserting the data from the IU tables in the J1 tables.
Jenzabar recommends that you allow the Import Utility to assign the ID Number, either through the Duplicate Search process, which finds a matching ID in the J1 tables, or the Upload Data process, which creates new ID Numbers. However, if you are certain that a particular Temporary ID matches an existing ID Number, you can either enter the number into the IU tables manually (or via a script) or you can use the Assign ID menu option to define this ID Number.
