All movement is tracked through the stages of admissions at your organization and stored in the Stage History Transaction table. There is one stage history for every candidacy.
|
f an application is accepted, deposit is received, enrollment is processed, and then the candidate decides to decline/withdraw or is rejected, the system records all information for each stage of admissions. If this same individual then begins a new process through an inquiry or application, a new row (candidacy) is created for that candidate and the appropriate "date stamping" occurs. In other words, the candidate can have a number of candidacies; and, while only one is current, all are valid for the appropriate year and term. This allows your office to run statistics on the present year and also past years since the history has not changed. |
Stage History Transaction rows can be deleted/restored by members of the group designated in the CONFIGURATION_TABL.
