Group Membership Report

Use this window to generate a report that lists application groups with a detailed list of application users who are members of each group. You can run the report for all groups, the groups you manage, or one specific group. The report displays your choice of active users only, or both active and inactive users.

The customizable report allows J1 system administrators to view and maintain application groups and associated users.

Columns

· To include all application groups, select the All option.

· To include only groups you manage, select the Groups I Manage option.

· To select a specific application group, choose the Select option and choose the application group from the drop-down list.

· To display both active and inactive users, select this checkbox.

· To display only active users, do not select this checkbox.

This drop-down allows you to select the report format you want to generate.

This option generates the report and allows you to preview it before printing.

This option automatically generates and prints the report.

How To

1. Access the Group Membership Report window.

2. From the Select an Application Group options, choose one of the following:

· To include all application groups, select the All option.

· To include only groups you manage, select the Groups I Manage option.

· To select a specific application group, choose the Select option and select the application group from the drop-down list.

3. To include both active and inactive users, select the Show Inactive Users checkbox. To include only active users, deselect (or do not select) the checkbox.

4. From the Reports drop-down options, select the report.

5. Choose whether to preview before printing or immediately print the report.

6. Click OK. The report is generated.
