Use this window to generate a report that lists application users and the functions to which each application user has access as well as the level of access. You can run the report for all users or one specific user. The report displays your choice of active users only, or both active and inactive users. You can also choose whether to display child function data along with the parent function data.
The customizable report allows J1 system administrators to view and maintain application users and associated functions and access levels.

The Original is a basic template from which reports can be modified. To modify the original template, select the Original, click the Customize button (which accesses InfoMaker). When the Customize button is clicked, a Confirm Overwrite window appears. Click the OK button and remember to use File | Save As in InfoMaker when saving the modified report. This ensures the original report is not overwritten with the modified version. |
