Activity Center Details Report Window

Use this window to generate a report that provides detailed information about selected activity centers. You can view detailed information about activity centers that are active or inactive, activity centers you manage, activity centers that are automatically provided as Jenzabar standards, or those created by your institution. You can also opt to include the groups and activities/functions assigned to the activity center for the report is being run.

Columns

This drop-down allows you to select the report format you want to generate.

Select from the following options:

· All Activity Centers displays all activity centers.

· Active Activity Centers displays only active activity centers.

· Inactive Activity Centers displays only inactive activity centers.

· Activity Centers I Manage displays only those activity centers you manage.

· Activity Centers Supplied by Default displays only activity centers automatically provided by Jenzabar.

· Institution Created Activity Centers displays only activity centers created by your organization.

Click this button to access the Select Report Criteria window where you can add or remove activity centers to the report.

Select this checkbox to include the user groups' assigned to the activity center.

Select this checkbox to include the function(s) assigned to the activity center.

Click this button to automatically generate and print the report.

Click this button to preview the report before printing.

How Do I...

1. Access the Activity Center Details Report window.

2. From the Reports drop-down options, select the report.

3. From the Activity Centers radio button options, select the activity centers you want to include in the report. You can further refine the activity centers to be included in the report. To add or remove activity centers from the report:

a. Click the Change button. The Select Report Criteria window appears.

b. To add an activity centers, select from the Available panel and drag to the Selected panel or click the Add button.

c. To remove an activity centers, select from the Selected panel and drag to the Available panel or click the Remove button.

d. Click the OK button. The Select Report Criteria window closes and the Activity Center Details Report window reappears.

4. From the print button options, choose whether to preview before printing (Preview button) or immediately print the report (Print button). The report is generated.
