Tasklist provides a flexible method of navigating the entire application environment. A set of TaskLists are predefined by Jenzabar and shipped with the system. Once the system is installed, each user can create additional customized TaskLists.
Tasklist provides two important functions, which work independently of each other:
1. The ability to assign security for all users of the software system.
2. The ability to identify specific tasks and TaskLists, which can be designated for specific individuals.
