TaskList Management

Individual tasks can be placed on a person's TaskList. Tasks are any actions that can be performed on the system. All tasks exist within a TaskList. This feature can be extremely helpful for users in managing the priority and order of their assigned tasks.

 

You can create your own tasks or copy tasks from another person's TaskList. When the person opens a particular task, the associated action(s) are performed. Once the actions have occurred, the task is considered to be complete and the user can manually select the checkbox to indicate that it has been done.
