Task

A task is the basic unit of action that can be invoked from the TaskList navigation system, and tasks exist within TaskLists. Tasks can be created or copied from another TaskList.

When a user chooses to open a task (double-clicks or highlights the task and chooses OK), the associated action is set into motion. Once the action associated with this task has occurred, the task is considered complete. There are four types of tasks:

·       Comment/Reminder Task

·       Module Function Task

·       External Application Task

·       Nested TaskList Task
