This option is available when the user highlights a task or TaskList and selects Copy as Task from the right-click menu or the Tasklist menu or Copy from the Tasklist menu if this is a task and not a TaskList.
When the user chooses Paste, a verification process determines if this user has modify permission for the TaskList. If permission does not exist, the user is informed of this fact. If permission does exist for this user, a new row is inserted into the Task table. This new row uses the TaskList_ID of the copied TaskList, the next available sequence number, and the task properties of the copied TaskList.
