When a TaskList is highlighted, the user can select Duplicate from the right-click menu or the Tasklist menu. This opens the Copy of TaskList Properties window with values defaulted from the TaskList highlighted. The user then can change the title, add comments (optional), and click OK to add it to their Open TaskList window.
