This security level is used to define a user's ability to access tab pages/objects within a window. The user can be allowed full access, read-only access, or no access (tab/object is not accessible).
Currently the following windows will have multiple access level rows in the Function Security table:
· Applicant Master (PE)
· Employee Information (PE)
· Student Information (RE)
· View Student Information (FAM/CM)
This security process checks the access level for each window. If the access level is:
· None, the user will not be allowed to access any tab/objects on this window.
· Full or read-only, then each tab/object will be checked for its individual access rights. Each tab/object will be given the access that is found for that tab/object.
