How to Remove a Group (Integrated Security)

This process is only required for schools syncing users and groups from the active directory. If your school only syncs users, these steps are not required.

1.    In Active Directory, find the application group within the J1 Database Organizational Unit (OU) that you want to remove.  Delete that group.

2.    Allow SQL Agent synchronization job J1 Desktop App LDAP Synch – dbname process to remove the application group and application group membership in the J1 Desktop Tasklist module.
