Use this window to view student information and room preferences and to select a room on your campus and assign the student to that room. When you select a Location, you can show all rooms or only those with vacancies by selecting the appropriate Show All or Show Vacant radio button.
As you click on each student, if the student has recorded any room or roommate preferences, they will appear in those respective areas of the window. If a room preference is present, you can optionally select that room preference and the row will automatically be selected in the Session Rooms grid.
Double-click on a room (or select it and click OK ) to assign the student to the room. Click the Cancel button to cancel the assignment of the student to the room.

You can select a row and choose the following options from the right-click or Options menu:
View Roommates (view a list of current occupants of the room)
View Session Room (view information about the room)
