The Report column is not available from the Persons Involved tab of the Vehicle Violation Incident window.
The Department of Education provides six crime survey section categories (see list below) to be used in reporting your organization's campus crime statistics. Jenzabar provides the section categories in J1 Desktop.
The Report Section Category column (on the Persons Involved tab (Violation Incident window) provides a drop-down list of these six section categories. If the Report column on the Persons Involved tab of the Violation Incident window is selected, the Report Section and Report Section Category columns are required. The Report Section Category column may not be available for selection.

When the Report Section and optionally the CCR Hate Crime Bias columns are populated, the Did this incident occur in student housing? prompt also appears.
o If you select Yes, J1 will automatically record and populate the Report Section Category as "On-Campus Student Housing Facilities." On the Campus Crime Report, it will also record this violation in the On-Campus Section as well.
o If you select No, J1 will allow you to manually determine the Report Section Category against which to count this offense.
