1.    Access the PESC Subtest EDI Definition window.

2.    To add a new subtest code, select Add Row from the right-click or Options menu.

You can also make updates to existing subtest codes you have created. You cannot change the Description of default data rows.

3.    Select the test code that the subtest code will be associated with from the Test Code drop-down list.

4.    Enter a code for the subtest in the Code column.

5.    Enter a description for the subtest code in the Description column.

6.    To designate the order in which this subtest code appears in the drop-down list, update the number in the Display Order column (you may need to update numbers for other subtest codes).

7.    To activate the subtest code, make sure the Active? checkbox is selected.

8.    To have the subtest code appear in the PESC EDI Code drop-down list on the Edit Test Elements window, make sure the Display in drop-down? checkbox is selected.

To keep the value from appearing in the drop-down list, you must first deactivate it by deselecting the Active? checkbox.

9.    Click Save on the tool bar.

1.    Access the PESC Subtest EDI Definition window.

2.    Locate the subtest code you want to activate or deactivate.

·       Select the Active? checkbox to activate the subtest code.

OR

·       Deselect the Active? checkbox to deactivate the subtest code.

3.    Save your changes.

Values provided as default data by Jenzabar are from the EDI transcript specifications and cannot be deleted.

1.    Access the PESC Subtest EDI Definition window.

2.    Select the subtest code you want to delete, and select Delete Row from the right-click or Options menu.

3.    Save your changes.
