This column allows you to enter text to identify this note.

The placement of an institutional transcript note on the transcript is controlled by selecting one of these types:

·       B places the note at the beginning of the transcript.

·       H places the note after the Term Header.

·       D places the note after the Term Detail.

·       T places the note after the Term Totals.

·       G places the note at the end of Degree History.

·       E places the note at the end of the transcript

If more than one institutional note is to be printed on the Transcript, this number indicates the order in which this note is to be printed.

Select the Constant radio button if  the note contains the same text every time it prints.

Select the Variable radio button if note changes based on the value of the database column.

If you select the Note Type of Constant, this column is available for you to enter the note text.

This column becomes available if you select the Note Type of Variable.

This button opens the Report Preferences tab of the Registration Preferences window.

This button opens InfoMaker.

1.    Open the Transcript Institutional Notes window.

2.    Enter or select the Note Description.

3.    Select the Note Location.

4.    Select the Note Type of Constant.

5.    Enter or select the text in the Constant Note column.

6.    Click the Save button.
