This window provides an option to update the enrollment counts for the selected year and term. This process recalculates Student Course History records based on Transaction Status. This process only needs to be run if the counts for a course in the selected year and term are incorrect.
If the Year and Term columns are left blank, this will become an extensive process since all Section Master rows will be selected for the update.
Click Schedule... to open the Process Schedule window to establish a schedule as to when the Enrollment Count Recalc will be run.

The Schedule... button is not available unless you have the Jenzabar J1 Client Applications Services installed on your local machine and permissions to run the Service. Contact your IT department for more information on the Jenzabar J1 Client Applications Services. |
