This is a drop-down on the Individual Transcript Notes window.
When you place an Individual Transcript Note on a student's transcript, use the Note Type to control where the note is placed within the selected year and term.
These are the types and where they're placed:
Header (H) Appears below the year-term heading and above the list of courses.
Detail (D) Appears below the list of courses and above the totals.
Summary (T) Appears below the totals for the year-term.
Note Types are hard coded; they don't have a definition window. The database table and column are these: TRANSCRIPT NOTE.NOTE_TYPE
