This window is used to generate and view/print a Grade List Report for all courses in a selected year and term, a limited set of courses based on the Additional Options selected, or only for selected courses.
If no additional criteria are used, a grade list will be generated for all courses in the year and term designated. However, you can choose one or more selection criteria before printing or previewing the report.
If you select Academic Credit Varies by Division on the Registration Configuration window, the Hours header will be replaced with the label you created on the Division Definition window.
· Message: This message appears on
the reports you generate here. The default message is maintained on the
Registration Configuration window, Registration Configuration tab, Messages
group. The default message appears here and on the Student Registration.
Here on the Grade List Report window, you can temporarily edit the message.
Your edit will appear on reports you generate while you still have the
window open, but the edit isn't saved when you close the window. The next
time you or someone else opens this window, the default message from the
Registration Configuration window appears.
The message can be up to 360 characters.
