Access the Application Log (Error Log Report)?Registration denial errors generated during the online registration process can be captured in the Application Log for later review. These errors are generated when courses viewed on the Course Results screen of the Course Schedules portlet are not available for registration (the Add checkbox does not appear).
When the log is generated for the Application Log, detail is included for each course that does NOT have an Add checkbox in front of it. This allows you to determine why a student is not allowed to register for each course that does not have an Add checkbox.
Please be aware that the Application Log can grow very quickly during high traffic times (such as during student registration) You should establish policy for deleting Can Register Application Log rows on a regular basis during these time
