When you change the Program Start and/or End Dates for the international student or the Subject Start and/or End Dates for the exchange visitor, this window opens if you have not selected the reason for the change. The following columns are required:
· Program Has Been Deferred (for student)
or
Program Has Been Amended (for exchange visitor)
· Neither Extending or Deferring
The columns denoted with an asterisk (*) are required by SEVIS.
