Additional Reports

 

To utilize this feature, you must select the Custom installation from the Setup Options window. The Customizable Directory window identifies the target directory for these reports (you can choose a shared network directory).

The Additional Reports interface provides access to external reports. You can add new reports, use the reports as they exist, or modify them to fit your individual needs.

You may or may not have permission to access the Additional Reports option. When you choose the Additional Reports option, the login window will appear with your User Name already entered and the Database Profile will be selected but unavailable. The login window also contains the following message: "All database access in the additional report function will use the following connection to the database." You must enter the Password attached to the User Name (given to you by your system administrator) for all work done within the Additional Reports option. When you close the Additional Reports function, the second connection is also closed.
