When running the Admissions to Registration Data transfer, this checkbox is selected when you select the Set Stop Transfer to 'Yes' checkbox in the Candidacy group box on the Transfer Process tab of the Admissions to Registration Transfer window.
This checkbox is editable so that you can manually select it if you do not want this student's information to be transferred or further updated.
