Automatically Assigning a Payment Plan to an Individual

This option allows you to run a process that will take existing subsidiary accounts that have a payment plan defined for them and automatically create Payment Plan Detail rows for that subsidiary account.

1.    Open the Generate Payment Plans window.

2.    Select the Plan Begin Month and the Plan Year. These values will be used to create Standard Monthly Percentage payment plans.

3.    Select appropriate rows.

4.    To automatically create Payment Plan Detail rows for the rows you selected, click the OK button.

5.    You will be able to see the results of this process on the Payment Plan tab of the Subsidiaries window.

6.    A Payment Plan Master row will be created for each subsidiary account selected. For payment plans that are defined to be Standard Percentage plans, Payment Plan Detail rows will be created during the process. For payment plans that are defined to be Tailored plans, no Payment Plan Detail rows will be created.
