Biograph History

Use this window to view changes to an individual’s information on the Biograph tab | Master subtab, including who made the change and the date and time of each change. Use the scroll bar to view any previous changes.

1. From the Biograph tab | Master subtab, click the Biograph History button. The Biograph History window appears. Any changed fields, as well as the Last Update field, appear with a dark blue background.

2. If the scroll bar is active, scroll down to see previous changes.

3. Locate the Archive User and Archive Date/Time fields to see who made each change and when.
