External E-Mail Address ID

This ID Number identifies the External E-Mail Address stored in the External E-mail Address table (not stored the Address Master table). These external e-mail addresses are for persons who are not J1 Desktop users.

If a user enters a personal e-mail address (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.), then the process will send a notification to this e-mail address. This external e-mail address helps the non-J1 Desktop recipient user to track the progress of a process from any location.
