Third Party Submitter (Process Internet Submissions Window)

This column will be populated if a person (i.e., an Admissions Officer or Advisor) submitted information on behalf of another person. The column will contain the name of the person (Last, First Middle format) who is actually doing the submitting.

If the Submission Type code for the row is one used by Form Builder 2.0, this column is populated with data from NameMaster for the SUBMISSION_V.THIRD_PARTY_SUBMITTER_ID. Otherwise, it is populated with data from NameMaster for the third party submitter ID Number from XML tags contained in a DATA field in either COMTABLE or SUBMISSION_HISTORY table.
