This column displays the name of the person (Last, First Middle format) for whom the submission was made and may be a hyperlink to an e-mail address if one exists.
If the Submission Type code for the row is one used by Form Builder 2.0, this column is populated with SUBMISSION_RESPONSE_V.RESPONSE_VALUE for the mapped Name_Master name columns.
If the name information is available for the other Submission Types, it is populated from XML tags contained in a DATA field in either COMTABLE or SUBMISSION_HISTORY table. For all Submission Types, if the name information is not available as part of the submission but the ID Number is available, the Name column is populated with data from the Name_Master table for the specified ID Number.

The Registration Agreement (510) submission type does not allow the user to map any Name_Master columns to the Registration Agreement form. Therefore, the ID Number is used to retrieve the name and email address information from Name_Master for display in the Name column. |
