Select this check box to indicate that the person is presently a member of one of  the Armed Forces. By default, this check box is cleared (No).

If this check box is selected, a drop-down list is available for you to select the appropriate branch of the Armed Forces. The default codes are Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, and Navy. These codes are defined and maintained via the Maintain Table Values window and stored on the Table Details table. You may add codes by choosing Column Name of armed_services_branch_cde.
