Each interest area can include up to 20 specific interests. You can enter interests that the alum has in the following interest areas:

When you select an interest area, the interests included in that area display in the lower pane. If there are multiple interests displaying, you can use the arrow buttons to move up and down the list.

How To

1. Choose Add Row or Insert Row from the right-click or Options menu.

2. The New Interest window opens.

3. Enter a new Interest Code [up to five (5) alphanumeric characters].

4. A prompt window opens with the following message: "The value you entered XXXX is not in the list. Would you like to add this value to the list?"

a. Click Yes to add the value.

b. Click No to cancel.

5. If you added the value to the list, you can now select the value from the drop-down list in the New Interest window.

1. Highlight the appropriate interest.

2. Right-click and choose Delete Row.
