This window allows you to define the type of vehicle permits your organization issues for vehicles on your campus. Also, you can choose to associate a permit type with a building.

Add a Vehicle Permit Definition?
1. Open the Vehicle Permit Definition window.
2. The window opens with the Vehicle Permits tab active.
3. Select Add Row or Insert Row from the right-click menu.
4. Type the required Permit Code and any other optional information (Description and Permit Type) to create the data row.
5. Save.
6. Click the Details tab. Information saved in the Vehicle Permits tab will default into the header.
7. Select/type desired information. The Number Issued column is maintained by the system.
8. Save.
