When the approval track functionality has been configured in the Maintain Configuration Table window, this window is used by the Administrator to review and approve any alterations that have been made by an advisor.
You must save data on each tab before moving to another tab or closing the window. When you save, you may receive one of the following messages along with an OK button:
"The Met by Code requires reference but the requirement is not a C or CC requirement."
"A Substitution Requirement is required."
"Only Course or Cumulative Course requirements can be bypassed."
The Alterations tab is active when this window initially is opened.
Selecting one of the rows on the Alterations tab activates the Alteration Detail tab.
This tab is used to specify the report to be used and the print mode to be used when the Print button is selected on either the Alterations or Alteration Detail tabs.
