Select Session Students Window

Maintain Session Students window: Choose Session Students from the right-click or Options menu

This window allows you to select a student from the Name Master table and include them in or remove them from a Session within Residence Life. You can limit the number of students displayed on this window by selecting one of the Show radio buttons (Selected, Un-Selected, All).

To limit the number of persons displayed in the lower portion of the window, specify the Selection Criteria and then click Retrieve to load information in the lower portion of the window.

Options

Select Student selects a student who is currently not included in the session (rows with an ).

De-Select Student omits a student who is currently included in the session (rows with a

) .

How To

1. Open the Maintain Session Students window.

2. Specify the appropriate Session. The list of all students who are associated with the Session appears.

3. Select a row and choose Select Session Students from the right-click or Options menu.

4. The Select Session Students window opens.

5. To limit the number of students that will appear in the list, specify one or more of the following Selection Criteria:

o All, Selected, or Un-Selected radio button

o Name Type

o Last Name (partial or full)

o First Name (partial or full)

o Gender

6. Click the Retrieve button.

7. To assign students to the Session, click on one or more student row(s) marked with X, right-click, and choose Select.

8. Save.
