To update Yrs. Continuous Giving and Total Giving Years, you must run recalc. These are not updated at the time of Gift Entry even though Update Summaries During Gift Entry may be selected on the Development Configuration window. Please be aware that Yrs. Continuous Giving and Total Giving Years are calculated on Calendar Year. |
This checkbox controls when gifts are updated in the summary tables to reflect the accepted gift transactions. The default is cleared.
· Select the checkbox, and the gifts will be summarized as they are accepted. The status is set to C (completed).
· Clear the checkbox, and the gifts will not be summarized as they are entered. The status is set to S (to be summarized). At some point, you must run the recalc process to update the summary tables. The status will then be changed to C (completed).
